摘    要:[目的]探究聚马来酸(PMA)对甜瓜品质的影响。[方法]设4组处理,3次重复,随机区组,测定不同处理对棚室甜瓜的Vc、总可溶性糖及硝酸盐含量的影响。[结果]处理③(260 g/m2PMA)对甜瓜的Vc含量有较大影响,该组的Vc含量最高,达131.195μg/g,其次为处理②(130 g/m2PMA),Vc含量为114.565μg/g;处理③的硝酸盐含量最高,达319.416 mg/kg,其次为处理④(B、Zn、Fe复合微肥1 g/m2),为292.942 mg/kg;处理④的可溶性糖含量最大,达9.66%,其次为处理②,为9.44%。[结论]PMA对甜瓜Vc、总可溶性糖及硝酸盐的含量均有不同程度的影响,可提高甜瓜的Vc和总可溶性糖含量。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to research the influence of PMA on quality of melon. [Method] 4 groups were set up, 3 repeats, and adopted randomized block design, the effects of different treatment on contents of Vc, total soluble saccharide and nitrate were determined. [Result] Treatment ③ had bigger effect on content of Vc, which reached 131.195 μg/g, secondly for treatment ②, Vc content was 114.565 μg/g;treatment ③ had the highest nitrate content, which reached 319.416 mg/kg, secondly for treatment ④, which was 292.942 mg/kg;treatment ④ had the highest soluble sugar content, which 9.66%, secondly for treatment ②, which was 9.44%. [Conclusion] PMA had the effects on content of Vc and nitrate at different degree, and could enhance the content of Vc and soluble sugar.
