摘    要:通过对引进加拿大苜蓿切叶蜂孵化实验表明 ,孵化温度 30℃恒温是影响苜蓿切叶蜂孵化率的主要因素 ,寄生蜂对切叶蜂孵化率的影响极为明显 ,实验认为在容积 50 cm× 50 cm×65cm大的孵化箱中用 37%敌敌畏乳液 0 .71ml防治金小蜂是一个安全剂量。

Abstract:The experiment on incubation of Canadian alfalfa leaf-cutting bee (Megachile ro-tundata (F)) showed that the main factor influencing the hatchability was 30℃ of constant incu-bating temperature. The parasitic insect also had a very obvious influence upon the incubation effect. It is considered that 0. 7 mi of DDVP latex with 37% of concentration used in a 50 cm× 50 cm× 65 cm of incubator for pteromalid (Pteromalus) control is a secure dosage.
