摘    要:正交试验设计是药物配方优化中重要的方法之一,本文介绍了利用Visual Basic编制药物配方优化统计分析程序,并以实例说明了该程序的使用方法和应用技巧。结果表明,用户只需输入试验的原始数据,即可快速、准确地进行试验数据的统计分析,并可根据试验结果快速得出其优化配方,所得分析结果与专业统计分析软件DPS对数据进行正交分析相比,二者计算结果基本一致,且该方法不但快捷方便,操作简单,而且结果准确可靠,可大大提高药物配方优化的效率。

Abstract:Orthogonal experiment is an one of important analytical methods of dispensing optimization of pharmaceuticals. This paper introduces how to establish the procedure for statistical analysis on dispensing optimization of pharmaceuticals with Visual Basic, and then it illustrates the usage and skill with an example. The results show that the procedure will calculate visual analysis , analysis of variance and the optimum extraction according to the R value quickly and accurately after the user inputs raw data of test. Compared with special statistics analysis software DPS, the result of regression analysis turns out to be matched, what’s more, this procure is quick, convenient, and easy to operate with the result being highly accurate. Therefore, it can strongly improve the efficiency dispensing optimization of pharmaceuticals.
