浓香型烤烟不同叶点生物碱含量的分布

摘    要:摘要:本试验于豫中浓香型产区主栽品种中烟100中部叶为试验材料,研究了不同叶点生物碱含量的分布。结果表明:烟碱、降烟碱、假木贼碱和新烟草碱含量从叶基部到叶尖端均逐渐增加,从主脉两侧向叶边缘也呈增加趋势,以近尖端的边缘部位含量最高,基部近主脉处最低,烟碱含量最高点较最低点高41.32%。总生物碱中烟碱含量占94.18%,新烟草碱占2.94%,降烟碱占2.23%,假木贼碱占0.63%。

Abstract:The composition and contents of alkaloids were highly correlated with aroma quahty ot tlue-curen tobacco. Different leaf portions may have different alkaloid level due to the variation in development status. The experiments were set up with Zhongyan 100, the leading variety in middle Henan, to investigate the interleaf distribution of individual alkaloids, aiming to clarify the characteristics of alkaloid composition and distribution of full aroma type tobacco and to provide theoretical basis for using agronomic measures to promote the production of tobacco with full aroma. The results showed that the contents of nicotine, nornicotine, anatabine and anabasine increased from the base to the leaf tip, and increased from midrib to the edges; the highest content was located in the edge closed to the tip, which was 41.32% higher than the lowest contents located at the base area near midrib. Nicotine accounted for 94.18% of the total alkaloid, and the proportions of anatabine, nornicotine and anabasine in the total amount of alkaloid were 2.94%, 2.23% and 0.63%.
