水分胁迫对枸杞子总黄酮的影响

摘    要:以宁夏枸杞"宁杞I号"为试材,通过防雨棚下测坑试验进行灌水量控制,灌水量依次为0、150、300、450、600 m2/667m2,采用紫外分光光度法测定枸杞子总黄酮,研究不同水分胁迫对宁夏枸杞子总黄酮含量的影响。结果表明:在水分胁迫初期,不同处理枸杞子中总黄酮差异不大,其含量在0.703%~0.709%之间;水分胁迫中期,随着灌水量的增大,枸杞子中总黄酮均呈增大趋势,但增长率呈现先增加后减少的趋势,其增长率分别为31.41%、61.84%、72.64%、87.17%和41.50%;水分胁迫后期,随着灌水量的增大,总黄酮减少率也呈现先增大后减少的趋势,其减少率分别为13.67%、48.35%、29.23%、16.05%和8.28%。表明适宜的水分胁迫有利于枸杞子中总黄酮的积累。
