河北省小麦叶锈菌群体毒性基因组成分析

摘    要:将Browder和Wolfe分别提出的两种毒力频率法的原理结合起来研究1991年河北省小麦叶锈菌群体毒性基因及其组合的频率,以反映其相应的抗性基因及其组合的可用性。结果表明:V_(2d),V_a 等10个毒性基因的相对频率在56.58%以上,是优势毒性基因;V_(2c),V_(24)等5个毒性基因的相对频率在7.92%以下,属稀少基因,V_1,V_(2a)等14个毒性基因的相对频率为12.07%~44.75%,介于以上二者之间。在7个与目前生产有密切关系的优势毒性基因中,以V_(3B?,10,17,23,26),V_(3B?,10,14ab,17,23,26),和V_(1,?Bg,10,14ab,17,23,26)为优势组合,达14.04%以上。在不同毒性基因组合中,出现频率较高的有V_(3B?,26),V_(?B?,10,26),V_(3Bg,10,23,36),V_(3Bg,10,17,23,26),和V_(?B?,10,14ab,17,23,26),其频率分别为89.47%,71.93%,61.40%,55.26%和34.21%,说明其相应的抗性基因组合的联合抗病性差,不宜在生产上同时利用。

Abstract:The frequency and combination of virulence genes of Pucciniareccondita f.sp tritici collected from Hebei province in 1991 were studied byusing the methods of analysis of virulence frequency developed by wolfeand Browder respectively.The results showed that relative frequencies of10 virulence genes such as V_(2d),V_3,etc.were more than 56.58%,andwere the dominant virulence genes,while V_(2c),V_(24),V_(25),V_(28)and V_(29)werethe rare ones(<7.92%).The other 14 genes such as V_1,V_(2a),etc.had thefrequencies between the two mentioned above(12.07-44.75%).Therewere 7 virulence genes,which might be associated in different combinations.V_[3Bg,10,17,23,26,]V_[3Bg,10,14ab,17,23,26]and V_[1,3Bg,10,12ab,17,23,26]were dominant with more than 14.04% in frequency.It wassuggested that cultivars containing both Lr3Bg and Lr26 should not be usedat the same time,since the occurrence of combinations of virulence genesV_(3Bg)and V_(26)was most prevalent.
