高校食品专业实验教学改革探讨

摘    要:高校实验教学是培养创新型人材的中心环节,其教学模式和教学方法对培养具有创新自主能力的食品学人材意义重大。就食品类实验教学的现状及如何提高实验教学质量进行探讨,并结合教学实践经验,提出5项改革措施。通过改革,将食品实践教学工作向广度和深度推进,培养我国食品业所需的高素质人材队伍。
