Abstract: | A 9-month-old, spayed female domestic shorthair was presented with a suspected traumatic oronasal fistula. Two surgical attempts using mucosal advancement flaps and single layer closure failed, likely due to inadequate blood supply that was potentially exacerbated by excess tension and trauma on the graft. |
