摘    要:橡胶树两个不同抗寒力品系的研究结果表明,在低温胁迫下,叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性升高,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AsA-POD)活性下降,电导率 、丙二醛含量增加,抗寒性弱的吕系RRIM600比抗寒性强的吕系GT1 POD活性以较大的幅度升高,AsA-POD活性以较大的幅度下降,电导率和丙二醛(MDA)大幅度增加。不同品系抗寒能力的差异,可能在于生物膜保护酶能力的差异。一些化学药物可以提高橡胶树的抗寒

Abstract:Leaves of young rubber trees of two clones GT1 (cold-hardy )and RRIM600(poorly cold-hardy)of Hevea brasiliensis were examined under stress of low temperaturein terms of activities of peroxidase (POD)and ascorbic acid-peroxidase (AsA-POD)as wellas conductivity and malonaldehyde. Results revealed that the leaves had high PODactivity,conductivity and malonaldehyde under cold stress. The poorly cold-hardy cloneRRIM600 contained much higher POD activity,conductivity and malonaldehyde but muchlower AsA-POD activity than the coldhardy clone GT1. The difference of cold resistancebetween various clones may be due to variation of the enzymes in protecting the biomembrane. Cold resistance may possib1y be enhanced by some chemicals.
