金刚石磨粒用钎料的研制及钎焊工艺

摘    要:通过分析钎料元素对金刚石作用的原理,研制出了Ag-Cu-Ni、Ag-Cu-Cr和Ag-Cu-Ti3种适合不同钎焊条件的焊接金刚石磨粒的钎料,并进行了钎焊工艺研究。试验结果表明,采用二次钎焊和两级加热工艺,用所研制的钎料并在自制的钎焊装置中,能够实现小规模加工钎焊单晶金刚石磨料片。

Abstract:In this paper the conjugations of diamond and various elements of Ag, Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Ti, Cr, were analyzed, and the alloy solders, Ag-Cu-Ni and Ag-Cu-Cr, which could be used to weld diamond with a metal filming in casual conditions, were developed. The other solder, Ag-Cu-Ti, can be applied to weld diamond without a metal filming in a vacuum. By applying the processes of secondary soldering and brazing and the two-stage heating, twenty pieces of diamond abrasive slices can be welded at a time.
