雾培马铃薯结薯的光响应机理研究

摘    要:在雾培方式下,研究光调控对马铃薯光合特性及结薯机理的影响,结果表明:光调控能够促进马铃薯匍匐茎与块茎提早和多发生,促进净光合速率增加,改变气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度的大小,促进植株根、茎、叶生长.光照时间12h/d和光照强度600μmol/m2.s的调控组合能获得较多的块茎数量和较大的块茎,建立的优化同化系统既节约能源,又降低成本.

Abstract:The effect of light response on photosynthetic characteristics and mini-tuber development of potato was investigated under aeroponics condition.The results indicated that light regulation could induce earlier stolon and tuber initiation and increase their number,enhance net photosynthetic rate(NPR),influence stomatal conductance(SC) and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and accelerate the growth of roots,stems and leaves.The combination of a photoperiod of 12 h/d and a light intensity of 600 μmol/m2·s yielded more and larger tubers,and the optimized assimilation system saves energy and reduces production cost.
