赤眼蜂生产工厂化配套设备的研究

摘    要:利用赤眼蜂防治玉米螟是一项已被生产实践证明了的安全、有效、经济的生防措施。该文提出了机械化人工繁殖赤眼蜂的配套设备,解决了繁蜂生产中绿卵的有效清除、非寄生卵的快速分离及人工气候控制等问题。

Abstract:It has been proved in practice that artificial reproduction of trichogramma is a safe,effective and economic method in control of corn borer. In present study, the popular method of trichogramma reprodution in China,in which tussah silk-worm ovum is used as host,was improved. The whole procedure of the trichogramma production was divided into ovum collecting and cleaning, immature ovum eliminating,dehydrating,mixing,ovum sepreading,ovipositing,non-host ovum separating and packing. Based on the procedure,a series of equipments were desgined,which make the eliminating of immature ova,separating of non-host ova more efficiently,and make the climate condition artificially controlled. An automatic product line,with the capacity of 40 billion heads of trichogramma annually,was established.
