基于模糊自适应控制的数控机床伺服系统设计及仿真

摘    要:针对BVXK20A型数控机床的伺服系统,应用模糊PID控制理论设计数控机床的模糊控制器.通过模糊控制规则对PID参数进行实时修改,使系统具有较好的自适应能力,并在MATLAB环境下对数控机床伺服系统进行了动态仿真.仿真结果表明,在外界干扰和系统工作情况发生变化时,该控制器具有很好的快速响应特性和较高的鲁棒性.

Abstract:In view of the servo system of BVXK20A NC machines,using fuzzy PID control theory,a fuzzy controller of NC machines is designed.Based on.fuzzy control rules,PID parameters are modified timely for better adaptive ability.The dynamic simulation of the servo system of NC machines based on MATLAB is carried out.The simulation results show this controller has fast response performance and strong robustness when external interference occurs and work conditions change.
