木麻黄国际种源苗期生长及抗盐性试验

摘    要:本试验以40个木麻黄国际种源为材料,对苗木的生长和抗盐性进行测定。结果表明,不同种源间的种子千粒重和发芽率的差异较大;种源间的苗高、地径生长差异经方差分析达极显著水平;种源原产地的经度、纬度和海拔高度对苗木高生长无显著影响。具有速生抗盐性能的种源有E1,E2,E3,E4,E7,E26,E33等种源。

Abstract:Taking the international provenance at 40 locations as the experimental materials, this paper determine the growth and saline tolerance of the Casuarina seedlings. The results show that the mean weight of 1000 seeds and germination rate differ greatly among different provenance. The differences in height and ground diameter of seedlings among provenance are of significant level by variance analysis.The latitude, longitude and altitude of 40 provenance have no significant effect on height growth of seedlings. The seed sources with better quality of fast-growing and saline-resistant are as follows: the E1, E2, E3, E4, E7, E26,and E33.
