| 摘 要： | 在征占用林地调查过程中,经常会遇到关于地类性质认定的一些问题,如项目用地是＂农地＂还是＂林地＂,不同部门间经常存有争议。本文对征占用林地调查中易产生争议的若干焦点问题进行了探讨、分析,并提出了解决对策。
