赏识教育与惩戒教育融合的实践与探索

摘    要:不批评学生如何上好课是教师关注的问题。教学实践表明,赏识教育和惩戒教育必须在大学教学中融合;教师根据上课班级学风类型选择不同教学模式;以赏识教育为主的教学模式适合学风较好的班级,但容易忽视师生自身的缺点;以惩戒教育为主的教学模式适用于学风较差的班级,但会使部分学生敏感、自卑,甚至抵制;赏识教育和惩戒教育融合要求教师对学生做到以情感人,以理服人,依法治人。

Abstract:How to teach the college students each lesson without criticisms is becoming what the vast majority of teachers are most concerned about. A practice and exploration conducted in the "Econometrics" course in a college showed that appreciation education and disciplinary education should be mutually integrated in the classroom. Some tips can be summarized as follows: Teacher should select a suitable teaching style according to the different study atmosphere in different classes. An appreciate education teaching mode is suited to the better class, but its drawback is that teachers and students are easy to overlook their own shortcomings and weaknesses. A disciplinary education teaching mode is applied to the class with poorer study atmosphere, which is responsible for sensitivity, low self-esteem, and even emotional resistance on the part of students. Teachers should teach or manage students with passion, rationality and discipline, which is essential for the integration of the appreciation education and the disciplinary education.
