本科生科研能力培养模式及改进路径研究

摘    要:提高本科生科研能力已经为众多高校所重视。笔者通过分析本科生科研能力培养的意义,提出推动本科生科研能力培养的教师引导型、利益驱动型、兴趣驱动型3种驱动力以及当前高等教育实践中本科生科研能力培养的重点扶植型、计划型、自由成长型3种主要模式,分析了这些模式的困境,并提出以激励机制为基础,建立健全本科生科研能力培养的工作机制、投入机制、项目选拔与考核机制、综合评价机制,以期为本科生科研能力培养提出一个新思路。

Abstract:Many universities pay more attention to improving the scientific research ability of undergraduates. Through the analysis of the significance of cultivating undergraduate scientific research ability, this paper puts forward 3 types of drive force to promote the training of scientific research ability of undergraduates. On this basis, the paper suggests 3 main modes of training scientific research ability of undergraduates in higher educational practice, analyzes the difficulties of the modes, and finally puts forward the path choice to improve the predicament, namely, basing on bestirring mechanism, and creating the mechanism of working assignment, effort inputting, project approval and evaluating, in the hope of offering a new idea for the undergraduate scientific research ability cultivation.
