微肥对尖叶菠菜硝酸盐积累的拮抗效应研究

摘    要:研究了微肥对尖叶菠菜硝酸盐积累的拮抗效应,结果表明:微肥配合尿素施用与单施尿素相比,尖叶菠菜的生物量最多可增加25.77%;硝酸盐含量最多可减少29.74%;硝酸还原酶活性最多可提高28.27%.

Abstract:The antagonistic effect of micronutrient fertilizer on the nitrate accumulation in spinach was studied.The results showed that using urea with micronutrient fertilizer could made the biomass of spinach increased by a maximum of 25.77 %,nitrate content in spinach decreased by a maximum of 29.74 % and the nitrate reductase activity increased by a maximum of 28.27 %,compared with using urea only.
