日本农民社会保障制度对我国解决"三农"问题的启示

日本在20世纪50年代和我国现在一样面临着农村问题,但日本通过社会保障制度解决得很好。因此,我国解决“三农”问题,可以借鉴日本的经验。在我国建立农村社会保障制度,可以减少农民、解放农业、解决农村医疗问题。

In 1950s, Japan also faced problems concerning agriculture and village like today's China, but by way of social security system, Japan smoothly solved such problems. Whereas, we can draw useful experience from Japan's practice to solve our problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmer" with the establishment of village social security system.
