苜蓿多糖对小鼠树突状细胞增殖和巨噬细胞能量代谢水平影响的研究

摘    要:为了系统探讨苜蓿多糖对小鼠免疫细胞增殖的影响,给苜蓿多糖对免疫活性调节的下一步深入研究打下基础,采用MTT法,检测苜蓿多糖对正常Balb/c小鼠体外骨髓树突状细胞增殖的影响和腹腔巨噬细胞能量代谢水平的影响。结果表明:苜蓿多糖可以刺激小鼠骨髓树突状细胞的增殖,可以刺激小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞能量代谢水平的提高。提示苜蓿多糖可以提高辅佐细胞的抗原递呈作用。说明苜蓿多糖可通过提高辅佐细胞的抗原递呈作用来提高免疫活性细胞的功能。

Abstract:

In order to systematacially discuss the effect of alfalfa polysaccharides on mice immunocyte proliferation and lay a foundation for the next deep research of alfalfa polysaccharides on the immune activity regulating, MMT assay were adopted to detect the effect of alfalfa polysaccharides on the proliferation of normal Balb/c mice bone marrow dendritic cells in vitro as well as the energy metabolism level of peritoneal macrophage. The results indicated that, alfalfa polysaccharides could stimulate the proliferation of mice bone marrow dendritic cells and the energy metabolism level improvement of peritoneal macrophage, which indicated that alfalfa polysaccharides could enhance antigen submission function of accessory cells. Consequently, alfalfa polysaccharides could improve immune competent cell function by enhancing antigen submission function of accessory cells.
