GA和KH2PO4浸种对微胚乳超高油玉米发芽及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以两种微胚乳超高油玉米自交系的种子为材料,用KH_2PO_4和GA浸种后,在两种芽床上同时进行发芽试验,研究药剂处理对微胚乳超高油玉米发芽及幼苗生长的影响,试验结果表明:KH_2PO_4的5、10 mg/L两个处理对微胚乳自交组合2的发芽率有显著的促进作用,GA的50 mg/L处理在土床中有显著的壮苗作用。

Abstract:The effects of seed soaking with KH_2PO_4 and GA were studied on the germination rate in micro-en- dosperm super high oil maize.The results showed that the seed germinating ability could be significantly in- creased by KH2PO4 ,in all of treatments,the effect were the best when using 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L KH2PO4 Furthermore,the seedling grew well when treating with 50 mg/L of GA.
