摘 要: | 不同培养基对小麦(Triticum aestivum Linn.)花药愈伤组织诱导和分化的效果不同,以小麦花药为材料,对 MS、N6、C17和 K4种培养基在小麦花药离体培养中愈伤组织的诱导作用进行了比较。结果表明,小麦花药在4种培养基中愈伤组织诱导率大小顺序为 K>C17>N6>MS。

Abstract: | Effects of four culture media including MS, N6, C17 and K on wheat anther cal us induction in vitro culture were studied. The results showed that the cal us in-duction rate of four kinds of culture medium was in the order of K>C17>N6>MS. |
