摘 要: | [目的]寻找快速检测虾蛄中镉元素的方法。[方法]研究了混合酸浸出-火焰原子吸收法快速测定虾蛄中镉的方法,通过硝酸和硫酸5:1混合消解浸出镉,选择火焰原子吸收光谱仪测定样品中的镉含量。[结果]镉含量在1.0~2.0 mg/kg,加标回收率在86%~109%,RSD 0~6%。[结论]该方法快速简易,操作性强,重现性好,结果准确。

Rapid Determination of Cd in Squilla by Mixed Acid Leaching-flame Atomic Absorption Method |

Abstract: | Objective] This study was conducted to find a method for rapid determi-nation of Cd in squil a. [Method] Cd in squil a was determined by mixed acid leach-ing-flame atomic absorption method by digesting samples with HNO3-HSO4 (5:1) and determining Cd in the samples by a flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. [Results] The Cd contents in squil a were 1.0-2.0 mg/kg, and the recoveries of Cd were 86%-109%, and the relative standard deviations were 0-6%. [Conclusion] The method is simple and rapid with strong operability, good reproducibility and high ac-curacy. |
