摘    要:为了使苹果套袋技术在黄河故道地区得到更好的应用,使用小林双层纸袋、塑膜袋、内白蜡双层纸袋3种果袋,分别在花后30、40、50、60 d对富士苹果进行套袋处理,以不套袋果为对照,研究该地区苹果套袋对果实微环境及钙含量的影响。结果表明,不同套袋处理果实附近温度没有显著差异;不同套袋处理果实附近相对湿度从5月底整体呈上升趋势直到9月底之后开始下降,塑膜袋内相对湿度显著高于其他处理,对照果面附近湿度低于其他处理;各处理果实发育期钙含量均呈下降趋势,但差异不显著;对照果实可溶性固形物含量高于其他处理。总之,套袋对果面温度无明显影响,不同果袋内湿度差异明显,套袋降低了果实可溶性固形物含量,双层纸袋最佳套袋时间是花后40~50 d。

Effect of Bagging on Fruit Micro-Environment and Calcium Content of Apple in the Old Course of the Yellow River
Abstract:In order to spread the bagging technique of apple in the old course of the Yellow River,differ-ent kinds of fruit bags were used in different time of growing season on apple,and the effect of bagging on fruit micro-environment and calcium content of apple was explored. Result showed that there was no sig-nificant difference between the treatments in temperature around the fruits. The humidity near the fruit displayed a trend of continuing rising until the end of September,and then declining rapidly. The film bag had a significantly higher humidity than other treatments, while the control with fruit not bagged had a lower humidity than other treatments. The calcium content showed the same declined trend in the growing season under different treatments, and the difference was not significant. The fruit of the no bagging con-trol had the highest soluble solid material. In summary,bagging has no significant influence on the temper-ature around the fruit,but has significant influence on the humidity,the content of soluble solid material was decreased by bagging,and the best time to use double-layer paper bag was 40—50 d after blooming.
