| 摘 要： | 用三氯异氰尿酸高效消毒片对部分细菌、新城疫病毒进行定量和定性消毒试验及现场表面自然菌消毒试验，结果0．05％的三氯异氰尿酸溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538、大肠杆菌8099、链球菌C55100、多杀性巴氏杆菌C48．1、新城疫病毒作用5min，杀菌率、病毒灭活率均为100％；对现场表面消毒，0．4％的三氯异氰尿酸溶液对自然菌作用10min，0．2％作用20min，其杀菌率均可达到99．9％以上。

| Abstract: | The quantitative germicidal test,quantitative and qualitative disinfect tests on Newcastle disease virus with high performance tablet of tricloroisocyanuric acid(TCCA) were carried out,and disinfection efficacy in field was observed.The results showed that the killing rate on Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538,Escherichia(coli)8099,Streptococcus C55100 and Pasteurella multocida C48-1 which exposed to the 0.05% TCCA solution for 5(minutes) were all 100%.The results of the spot disinfection tests in field for the natural existing bacterium showed that the germicidal efficacy was more than 99.8% when 0.4% TCCA solution acted for 10 minutes,or(0.2%) TCCA solution acted for 20 minutes. |
