怀山药茎段组织培养的研究

摘    要:以怀山药的零余子长出的茎段为外植体,在MS 6-BA 0.5mg/L NAA 0.1~0.5mg/L的培养基中培养,其节间部可长出3~4个健壮芽体(多芽体)。将多芽体转入诱导生根快繁培养基培养,最适生根培养基为MS 6-BA 0.2mg/L NAA 0.2~0.5mg/L,形成的再生植株叶色浓绿,生长势旺。

Abstract:The stem which collected from aerial stem tuber of Chinese yam,as explants were cultivated by using tissue culture. 3 - 4buds(multibuds) were found from per stem's internode when cultured on MS medium added by 6 - BAG. 5ml/L and NAA0.1 -0.5mg/L,Root could be induced well when these multibuds were transplanted onto modified MS medium supplemented with 6 -BA0.2mg/L and NAA0.2~0.5mg/L,these regenerated plants grew robustly with deep green leaves.
