| 摘 要： | 球痢灵(D.O.T.)是一种防治鸡球虫病的优良药物,它的化学名称叫3,5-二硝基-邻-甲基苯甲酰胺(3,5-dinitro-o-toluamide)。在国内,此药已由我校完成小试,目前正由兰州兽医生物药品厂进行中试,并计划准备投产。球痢灵的起始合成原料是邻-甲基苯甲酸,先经硝化反应制得中间体3,5-二硝基-邻-甲基苯甲酸,再经酰氯化和氨

| Abstract: | D.O.T.,its starting material o-toluic acid and its synthetic inter- mediate 3,5-dinitro-o-toluic acid were analyzed satisfactorily by gas chromatographic method,when they were first converted into their more volatile methyl esters.In this method a specific mthylating agent,diazomethane,is used to ensure an improved yield of methyl esters.
