| 摘 要： | 研究了2,4-D、NAA和GA3对美人酥梨采前落果的影响。结果表明:浓度10~30 mg/L 2,4-D1、0~40 mg/L NAA和50~200 mg/LGA3对防止美人酥梨采前落果均有极显著作用。在不同浓度处理中,2,4-D和NAA均以20 mg/L处理效果最好,座果率分别比对照提高了17.2和20.1个百分点;GA3以100 mg/L处理效果最好,座果率比对照高18.2个百分点。

| Abstract: | The experimental results showed that 2,4-D sprayed at 10 - 30 mg/L, NAA sprayed at 10 - 40 mg/L or GA3 sprayed at 50 - 200 mg/L before harvesting all prevented the fruit drop of Meirensu Pear remarkably. In different thickness disposals, both 2,4-D and NAA sprayed at 20 mg/L had the best effective, and the fruit-setting rates were increased by 17.2 % and 20.1% respectively compared with the control. GA3 sprayed at 100 mg/L had the best purpose, and the fruit-setting rate was increased by 18.2% compared with the control. |
