| 摘 要： | 通过对草原生态环境的现状及草原生产能力的调查分析，指出盲目开荒、建设缓慢、管理不当、执法不严是造成草原生态环境恶化的主要原因，所以加大执法力度、落实承包责任制、加快摹建设速度才能使摹生态环境步入良性循环。

| Abstract: | The current situation of grassland ecological environment and grassland productivity were investigated. Blind cultivation, slow grassland construction, poor management and unstrict law enforcing were major reasons to cause grassland degrading. So enlarging the power of law enforcing, fulfilling contracted responsibility, speeding the grassland construction could make the grassland ecological environment step in a fine circulation. |
