花生壳黄色素微波辅助提取工艺的研究

摘    要:摘要:利用微波萃取技术对花生壳黄色素的最佳提取工艺进行了研究,实验通过单因素实验和正交实验极差和方差分析,观察了粒度、微波功率、微波时间、溶液pH值、料液比和提取液浓度对提取液吸光度的影响,得出了花生壳黄色素最佳工艺条件为:粒度80目,微波功率360W,微波辐射时间为220s,物料配比为 1g∶15ml,溶液pH值为3,乙醇溶液的体积分数为50%。在此工艺条件下提取液吸光度A385为1.432,固体产品得率为3.26%,色价为8.6,得到的色素产品颜色为黄色,属于黄酮类色素。

Abstract:Yellow pigment was extracted from peanut hulls by the method of microwave-assisted extraction. Using single factor test and orthogonal method, the effects of particle size, the microwave output power, the microwave-assisted extraction irradiation time, the solution pH, material-solvent ratio and alcohol concentration were investigated. The optimal extraction conditions were as follow: particle size 0.2 mm, microwave output power 360 W, microwave-assisted extraction irradiation time 220 s, ratios of solvent to material lg: 15mL, pH 3.0, alcohol concentration 50%. Based on these conditions, the absorptivity A385 was 1.432, the yield was 3.26%, and the color value was 8.6. The pigment is yellow and belongs to flavonoid pigments.
