| 摘 要： | 目前国内胶合板生产企业大多采用多层框架式热压机(贴面压机、预压机工作原理与多层压机相同).针对现有热压机采用继电接触控制,使压机的控制线路较为复杂、触点太多而故障率高的问题,提出在热压机控制系统中采用PLC控制,可省去部分继电器和闭锁触点,简化控制线路,提高设备可靠性.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, most Chinese plywood manufacturers use multilayer frame hot presses for production. However,that kind of hot press, being controlled by relays and contactors and owing to its complex control circuits and many contacts, is easy to break down. To solve this problem, the authors made an improvement for this hot press by using a PLC in its control system, removing some relays, contactors and a lot of wires, so that the control circuits were simplified, and the reliability of the hot press was improved. |
