寒地稻区外引品种(系)稻瘟病抗性鉴定研究

摘    要:为了深入发掘优良抗病种质资源,拓宽抗源亲本,从27个国家和地区引进441份水稻品种(系),采用人工接种稻瘟病菌进行抗性鉴定。结果表明,无高抗材料,鉴定筛选出IDSA3和N92—4抗病材料2份,占供鉴材料的0.5%;C22、IR60、C025(ACC32568)、DINORADO、PETA(ACC32571)、INTAN等中抗材料175份(次),占供鉴总数的39.7%。

Abstract:In order to explore the eminent rice resources and broaden the origin of resistant parents, 441 varieties of rice were imported from 27 countries and regions to carry on a research on resistance identification by artificial inoculation. The result indicates that there is no high resistant variety in the 441 varieties; only 0.5% of the total varieties are conformed to be resistant to rice blast by resistance identification, such as IDSA3 and N92-4; besides, 39.7% of the varieties which are identified are of medium resistance, such as C22,IR60,CO25(ACC32568).DINORADO,PETA(ACC32571),INTAN and otherl69 varieties.
