| 摘 要： | 随着减少和限制促生长抗生素的呼声越来越高，尤其是中国加入WTO后所面临的新挑战，迫使人们寻求新的安全有效的抗生素替代物－－生物源性饲料添加剂，它们包括：酶制剂、微生态制剂、寡聚糖、低聚糖，大蒜素、甜菜碱，壳聚糖等，它们具有无污染，无残留，安全，有效等优点。

| Abstract: | With the limitation of antibiotic,especially with the new challenge China would faced after it joined WTO,we have to search for new material to substitute antibiotic, they are biologica food additive, including Living formulation, Chitosan, Allitridum, Betaine, Sanguinarin. Compared with antibiotic, they have many advantages. |
