| 摘 要： | 未控区“水保法”减洪减沙效益计算是一项新的研究任务。黄河中游河口镇至龙门区间（简称河龙区间）晋西北片未控区面积７５７７ｋｍ２，占该片总面积的２９．５％。通过区块划分，建立水保措施密度分布等值线图，在相邻已控区研究成果的基础上，进行了未控区水保措施减洪减沙效益计算。结果表明：晋西北片未控区六十年代、七十年代、八十年代水保措施年均减洪量分别为４０４万ｍ３、１２８９万ｍ３和７８７万ｍ３，减洪效益依次为１．７％、７．６％和７．７％；水保措施年均减沙量分别为１７６．４万ｔ、６１１．４万ｔ和４４９．８万ｔ，减沙效益依次为１．５％、１０．５％和１５．０％。利用已控区的资料计算未控区减洪减沙效益，还需在实践中进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The paper calculates the benefits of reducing flood and sand damages from water and soil conservation measures for the uncontrolled areas (shanxi province) to the north of Hekou-Hongmen section of the Yellow River.The results show that the flood discharges reduced by man-made measures are 4040 thousand m 3,12890 thousand m 3 and 7870 thousand m 3 in 1960s,1970s and 1980s respectively,the benefits of reducing damage are 1.7%,7.6%and 7.7%;correspondingly,the reduced sediments for the Yellow River are 1764 thousand tons,6114 thousand tons and 4498 thousand tons respectively. \ \ |
