河龙区间未控区水保措施减洪减沙效益计算——以晋西北片为例

摘    要:未控区“水保法”减洪减沙效益计算是一项新的研究任务。黄河中游河口镇至龙门区间(简称河龙区间)晋西北片未控区面积7577km2,占该片总面积的29.5%。通过区块划分,建立水保措施密度分布等值线图,在相邻已控区研究成果的基础上,进行了未控区水保措施减洪减沙效益计算。结果表明:晋西北片未控区六十年代、七十年代、八十年代水保措施年均减洪量分别为404万m3、1289万m3和787万m3,减洪效益依次为1.7%、7.6%和7.7%;水保措施年均减沙量分别为176.4万t、611.4万t和449.8万t,减沙效益依次为1.5%、10.5%和15.0%。利用已控区的资料计算未控区减洪减沙效益,还需在实践中进一步完善。

Abstract:The paper calculates the benefits of reducing flood and sand damages from water and soil conservation measures for the uncontrolled areas (shanxi province) to the north of Hekou-Hongmen section of the Yellow River.The results show that the flood discharges reduced by man-made measures are 4040 thousand m 3,12890 thousand m 3 and 7870 thousand m 3 in 1960s,1970s and 1980s respectively,the benefits of reducing damage are 1.7%,7.6%and 7.7%;correspondingly,the reduced sediments for the Yellow River are 1764 thousand tons,6114 thousand tons and 4498 thousand tons respectively. \ \
