脱硫废弃物对盐碱地水稻幼苗抗氧化酶活性和膜脂过氧化作用的影响

摘    要:为研究盐碱地水稻幼苗的抗逆性,测定了不同脱硫废弃物施用量处理对盐碱地种植的水稻幼苗几种抗氧化酶活性及膜脂过氧化作用的影响.结果表明:随着脱硫废弃物施用量的增加,水稻叶片和根系丙二醛(MDA)含量、细胞质膜相对透性、超氧阴离子自由基(O2- ·)产生速率和H2O2含量呈现先减后增的趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性则表现为先增后减的趋势,且以施用22.5 t/hm2脱硫废弃物抗氧化保护酶的活性最高;活性氧的含量最低,膜脂过氧化作用最弱.试验结果表明施用量22.5 t/hm2脱硫废弃物对提高盐碱地水稻的抗逆性最为明显.

Abstract:To investigate the effects of desulfurized slag on resistance of the rice seedlings,it makes an assay of the antioxidant enzyme activity and lipid peroxi2O2 in rice blade and root decrease at the beginning and then increase,but the activities of superoxide dims mutase(SOD),Peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT)increase at the beginning and then decrease.And the desulphation slag 37.5 t/hm2 has the highest protective enzyme activity,the lowest content of active oxygen and the weakest influence of lipid peroxidation with the increase of desulphation slag.The results suggest that the desulphation slag 37.5 t/hm2 exerts obvious effects on increasing the resistance rice on saline-alkali land.
