蝴蝶兰花梗组织培养与快速繁殖的研究

摘    要:以蝴蝶兰花梗作为外植体,诱导出营养芽,再以营养芽作为外植体诱导出原球茎建立无性快繁体系,具有易于取材、对母株伤害小,能够保持原品种优良种性和生活力复壮的优点。基础培养基以花宝1号2.0 g/L+花宝2号1.0 g/L,添加BA3.0mg/L有利于花梗腋芽诱导;花宝1号2.0 g/L+花宝2号1.0 g/L添加BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L对原球茎和不定芽分化以及增殖均有良好的效果。诱导蝴蝶兰生根的最佳培养基为花宝1号2.0g/L+花宝2号1.0 g/L+NAA0.5mg/L+AC500mg/L,选用水草作为基质小苗的成活率可达到97%。

Abstract:Vegetative buds were induced from Phalaenopsis amabilis as a explant,protocorm induce via vegetative.Establishment of Asexual Propagation Systerm in the research,which possess the advantages of seed having such good features as small damage of maternal,keep the good breed and life force rejuvenation.The best basic media for the inducement is hyponex 12.0 g/L+hyponex 21.0 g/L,The axillary bud formed adventitious buds via BA 3.0mg/ L;The results are following: Improved medium hyoibex 12.0/L +hyoibex 21.0g/L and BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L is the optimum medium for ptotocorm,pulcherrima buds differentiated from calli and breed.The results showed that the optimum medium for Phalaenopsis amabilis root regeneration was hyponex 12.0g/L+ hypones 21.0 g/L+NAA0.5mg/L+AC500mg/L,The results show that the survival rate of the testtube plantlets is 97% by using the medium of the water weed.
