大型平原自流灌区管理水平定量评审方法

摘    要:在对江苏省数十处大型平原自流灌区调查研究、资料收集的基础上,参照水利部1981年颁发的《灌区管理技术指标》,同时考虑对灌区管理水平有较大影响的其它各方面定量、定性因素,运用模糊数学的有关原理,系统地提出了江苏省大型平原自流灌区管理水平的定量评审方法——多层次语言化与定量化相结合的模糊综合评判数学模型,旨在为我国灌区管理水平的评价探索一条切实可行、方便合理的途径。

Abstract:In the basis of invistigation and data collecting of tens of large scale gravity irrigation areas of the Jiangsu province,in reference to the Technical Indexes of Irrigation Area Management issued by the Ministry of Water Resources in 1981 and in consider-ation of other quantitative and qualitative factors affecting management level of irrigation area,this paper developed a quantitative eval-uation method of large scale plain gravity irrigation area of the Jiangsu province by using.of the fuzzy mathematic prieiple.It is called thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematic model of combination of multi-level language and quantization and is aimed to explore apractical,simple and reasonable approach of evaluation of irrigation area management of Chian.
