疑似马流感胸部X线分析

本文对１３例马和１１例驴，临床疑为马流感的病例，进利了病理Ｘ线胸片分析。认为肺门阴影增浓、肺纹增加、延长是其主要Ｘ线改变；肺野内多发小结节病灶是Ｘ线早期变化之一，结节病灶可贯穿于疾病始终。自然感染的役用马、驴大多继发细菌感染而出现支气管肺炎的Ｘ线表现。炎症慢性化时，肺野内可见网状改变。

Analysis of Chest-Radiographs in Suspected to Horses Infected with influenza

Chest-radiographs of 13 horses and 11 asses clinical which were doubted horses infected with influenza were pathoradiographically analysed in the present study.It was considered that the darkening of pulmonary hilar shadows and the increasing,prolonging and deranging of pulmonary veins were principal X-ray alterations.Many micromodular foci in the pulmonary fields were one of the early X-ray olterations.These foci always persisted throughout the course of disease.Since most natural infection with infucentza in driven horses and asses were followed by bacteria infecting, the radiographs of bronchopneumonia were shown in these animal.When the chronic inflammation occured the reticulated changes were found in the lungs.
