| 摘 要： | 为了探索农机补贴新模式,促进新政策的实施,通过介绍鹤岗市农机购置补贴基本情况,分析了鹤岗市农机购置补贴实施取得的效果、补贴流程、优势和存在的问题,并提出了加强政策宣传、加强市场规范引导、加强新农机具、新技术推广等工作建议。

| Abstract: | In order to explore new models of agricultural machinery subsidies to promote the implementation,the basic situation of farm machinery purchase subsidy in Hegang was introduced,and the effect,subsidy process, advantages and problems were analyzed. Then the suggestions were put forward including strengthen policy propaganda, market guide and new machinery,as well as promotion new technologies and so on. |
