野西瓜苗不同部位提取物对小菜蛾的活性作用方式研究

摘    要:采用不同的活性测试方法,研究了野西瓜苗不同部位乙醇提取物对小菜蛾的触杀、拒食和抑制生长发育的作用。结果表明:野西瓜苗不同部位乙醇提取物对小菜蛾具有较为明显的触杀、拒食和抑制生长发育作用,触杀活性:籽>茎>根>叶;拒食活性:籽>茎>叶>根;抑制生长发育活性:籽>茎>叶>根。在4个部位中,籽提取物的活性最强,当处理剂量为12.5 g/L时,小菜蛾72 h的校正死亡率达到86.67%,48 h的拒食率达85.94%,48 h的生长发育抑制率达79.05%。

Abstract:The different parts of wild watermelon seedling(Hibiscus trionum L.) were selected to study contacting,anti-feeding and inhibition of growth and development of 3th instar larvae of Plutella xylostella.The results showed that ethanol extract possessed high contacting,anti-feeding and inhibition of growth and development.The contacting activity was seed>stem>root>leaf;anti-feeding activity was seed>stem>leaf>root;inhibition activity of growth anddevelopment was seed>stem>leaf>root.In the four parts of Hibiscus trionum L.,seed activity was the strongest.When Plutella xylsteua was treated with concentration of 12.50g/L,the corrected mortality rate for 72h was 86.67%,the anti-feeding rate for 48h was 85.94%,and growth inhibition rate for 48h was 79.05%.
