摘    要:技能有动作技能和心智技能的区别,都是通过训练才能获得。由分解动作训练、连续动作训练才能形成完整、规范、熟练的动作技能。心智技能是动作技能的重要基础,是技能教学成败的关键。提高学生心智技能,要培养学生冷静思考问题的习惯和独立完成作业的能力,充分利用电化教育和教师的示范教学,培养学生的联想、想象和遐想能力。校企联姻是提高学生技能的重要途径。

Abstract:Skill is divided into motor and mental skill, which are gained by means of training. The resoltled motor training and continuous motor training anstituts complete, formal and practised motor skill. Mental skill is an inportant base of motoor skill and a key to skilled education. In order to improve students' mental skill, students are framed to form their habits to think problems calmly, to foster their ability to finish homework on their own, to make full use of audio-visual education and teachers' teaching by demonstration, to train students' association, imagination and thought ability.
