旋刀式草坪割草机刀片几种钢材的热处理工艺及性能试验

摘    要:为提高草坪割草机刀片的强度和韧性,对20号钢和20SiMn钢进行低碳马氏体淬火,对40Mn钢进行等温淬火和亚温淬火。结果表明,这些材料及相应的热处理工艺与通常采用的65Mn钢常规淬火加中高温回火相比,可以获得高得多的强度和韧性.

Abstract:In order to improve the strength and toughness of blades for rotary lawnmowers,the steel 20 and 20 SiMn were quenched,and the 40Mn was carried out in theaustempering and the subcritical quenching. The results show that the above mentionedmaterials can obtain higher strength and toughness than that of 65Mn in common quenchingand mid temperature tempering or high temperature tempering.
