摘    要:水培试验结果表明:在渗透胁迫条件下,小麦根干重、根体积、根长度、根粗度、分枝根百分比及平均数呈相关性减少;单株生物量和绿色叶面积减少;根/冠比增大。在轻度渗透胁迫下,根系活力增高,单株日均耗水量明显减小,水分饱和亏较小,水分利用率最大,单株生物量和绝色叶面积最大。

Abstract:Research results obtained from experiment of water cultivate showed that under osmotic stress, root dryweight,root volume,root length,root thick,branch root percentage and branch root number reduce interrelatively;biomass and leaf area per plant decrease and there is positive relation between them;root/shoot ratio increase.Under light osmotic stress(-250 kPa),root activity increases, water consum per plant tend to change gently,RA decreases obviously,WSD increases, WUE is higher than control,drymatter distribution tend to root and stem.Under osmotic stress, wheat variety Xiaoyan No.6 has higher WSD,and RA and WUE is maximum,it indicated that Xiaoyan No.6 has stronger adaptability to surroundings:Changwu 131 WSD is minimum,RA and WUE are higher, this showed that it posess stronger drought resistance;79-3-1 has bigcr plant body,water comsume is maximum,WSD is less,RA and WUE are minimum,this showed that it need more water supply.
