掌叶大黄种子育苗试验研究

掌叶大黄种子育苗试验研究结果表明,大黄种子不经过浸种处理,存在着出苗率低、出苗不整齐的特性,而且出苗时间比较长。不同的育苗时间和处理是培育壮苗的关键。大黄种子经温汤浸种后进行覆盖育苗是培育优质大黄种苗的重要途径。因此,在4—5月,大黄种子用30℃的温度浸种8 h后,利用地膜或作物秸秆覆盖育苗是一种简单易行、便于药农掌握的育苗方法,可以在生产上进行推广与应用。

The Seedling Research of Rheum palmatum L.Seed

The seedling research results of Rheum palmatum L.seed showed that,the seed of Rheum palmatum L.had the traits such as low rate of emergence,irregular emergence after no soaking treatment,and the emergence time was long.Different seeding time and treatments were the key for seedling cultivation,the treatment that Rheum palmatum L.seed was covered after soaked in hot water was the important way to cultivate high-quality seedlings.Thus,the method that Rheum palmatum L.seed was covered by plastic film or crop straws after soaked in 30 ℃ water for 8 h was simple and easy to master by herbalists,which could be spread and applied in production.
