推进中国梅产业化的若干关键问题

梅系中华传统名花与嘉果,深受广大地区人民所喜爱。近年梅发展甚快,栽培地区也扩展不少,尤以南梅北移,成效极为卓著。过去欧美引种中华花卉种质资源时,一向忽略香花小花种类。因此梅花及梅果之开发,包括国内外之规模推广与销售,现都提到了日程。梅花可以梅苗、大苗(含高接苗和行道树苗)、蕾期切枝、小盆景等大规模产销为重点,果梅有各种加工品,尤其是以梅酒、脆梅、话梅、陈皮梅等为重点。重视新形势下至经营、销售、出口要求与推广渠道并寓产业化于文化旅游等,实为梅产业化过程中应予重视的关键问题。

Some key problems to be solved for encouraging Mei industry development in China

Mei is an important Chinese traditional ornamental and fruit tree with a very long utilization history (more than 7 000 years) and wide cultivation distribution (more than 17 provinces) in China. Mei has some special superiorities, of which the followings are the most important: 1) Strong in adaptability and hardy against most adverse ecological factors. 2) Having very early blooming season and short “consuming period” (from blooming to fruit harvesting). 3) Easiness in flower bud differentiation and very long blooming and bearing (fruits) years. 4) Many products of Mei as cut-flower twigs, small Penjings, young for general landscaping trees and avenue trees, dry flowers used as medicine, drinking etc. processed fruit products used as sweets, and Mei wines may be produced and sold in China and abroad. Because Mei is very seldom in the western world now, Mei flowers are charming and fragrant, Mei trees are easy to grow and have divergent uses, and Mei fruits processed products both delicious and very helpful as “Healthy Foods”, so we have very good forecast in developing Mei industry.
