国际种业发展的启示

对国际种业发展的5大特征,即标准化生产、集团化经营、全球化运作、协会化管理、国际化决策进行了概述,指出构建具有我国特色的新型种业体系应加速种子经营管理体制改革,制定积极的发展政策,大力推进科技创新,着力提高企业竞争力;应加强执法体系建设,建立和完善种业市场体系,并加强基础设施建设,以增强我国种业的国际竞争力。

Enlightenment of international seed industry development

The paper summarized five characters of international seed industry development that are standardized production,grouping management,globalization operation,administrating in association,internationalizing decision-making.It was suggested that the measures of sneeding up the reform of the management system to set up new type system of seed industry with Chinese characteristics,establishing active development strategy,widely promoting the innovation of science and technology,trying to increase the competitiveness of enterprises,strengthening the construction of law execution system,setting up and perfecting the market system of seed industry,and reinforcing the construction of infrastructural facilities should be taken to improve the international competitiveness of seed industry of China.
