摘    要:以无土基质培育的狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)为研究对象,研究了狗牙根对不同干旱胁迫处理的生理响应,以探讨工厂化培育下狗牙根合理的灌溉时间.结果表明,干旱胁迫导致叶片相对含水量降低,游离脯氨酸含量和超氧化物歧化酶活性增加,在干旱胁迫12 d以前复水的处理,叶片相对含水量和游离脯氨酸含量能恢复到未处理以前,在...
