甘蓝型油菜矮秆突变体的遗传及其矮秆基因的RAPD标记

摘    要:甘蓝型油菜(BrassicanapusL.)矮秆突变体DS-1与中双四号配制正反交组合F1、F2、BC1和BC2,遗传分析表明,该突变体的矮秆性状受一对部分显性主效基因和微效基因控制,将这对显性主效基因命名为Ds1。同时随机选取147株F2植株作为Ds1的RAPD标记的筛选群体,最终从1041条随机引物中筛选到1条引物S470,其扩增的多态性片段S470.416与Ds1连锁,遗传距离为8.9cM。

Abstract:Genetic analysis of the dwarf stem were undertaken on crosses between a dwarf Brassica napus mutant DS-1 and a normal cultivar Zhongshuang 4. Inheritance of the dwarf stem in reciprocal F1, F2, BC1 and BC2 populations clearly revealed that the dwarf stem of DS-1 was controlled by a partial dominant major gene and some minor genes, and the partial major gene was named Ds1.At the same time the bulked-segregant method was used to screen RAPD markers linked to Ds1, of totally 1041 arbitrary primers screened for 147 randomly selected F2 plants, only the primer S470 produced repeatable marker S470.416 linked to Ds1, with a map distance of 8.9 cM.
