| 摘 要： | 通过分析遏制权力腐败的必要性和重要性,提出遏制权力腐败的根本在于制度建设。加强制度建设,遏制权力腐败需要改革党委、政府内部的权力制约机制和纪检监督体制、完善用人制度、加强群众监督,使遏制权力腐败工作法制化、系统化。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the necessity and significance of corruption resisting, and then puts forward the basic means of lessening corruption—system building. To strengthen system building and resist corruption we must: reform the power restrictive and inspect discipline systems of our government, improve personnel selection and appointing methods, reinforce mass supervision, and legalize and systematize the task of resisting corruption. |
