| 摘 要： | 为了观察苎麻叶凝胶经皮用药的安全性,采用苎麻叶凝胶对新西兰大白兔进行正常和破损皮肤急性毒性实验及皮肤刺激性实验;对豚鼠进行皮肤过敏实验。结果：苎麻叶凝胶均未引起家兔毒性反应;对家兔完整和破损皮肤无刺激作用;对豚鼠皮肤无过敏作用。结果显示,苎麻叶凝胶皮肤给药使用安全。

| Abstract: | To observe the safety of Ramie leaf gels after external use. Acute dermal toxicity test and dermal irritation test were conducted in rabbits, and dermal sensitivity test was performed in guinea pigs. Results is ramie leaf gels had no acute toxicity to the skin of rabbits with no stimulating action to the intact and broken skins, and also did not stimulate to the intact and broken skins; Skin allergic reactions did not appear in guinea pigs in the Our eYr~r~m~nt |
